From the Hexagon Project (Official): Two projects have received the Outstanding Community Partnership Award for 2023. The Hexagon Project has annually bestowed these awards to schools or community groups who take the Hexagon Project Mission to its highest level by various means: partnering with communities, incorporating into the curriculum and/or the mission of the organization. We support connecting art with ideas with people and communities with the goal of providing educational opportunities for participants focusing on themes of Interdependence. Click here for information about the project and invitation to the gallery reception. Two students' work from Drury High School were also selected to receive special recognition in the categories of creative interpretation and creative use of materials. Well done, art teacher Amanda Hartlage!
